The St. Paul Jr B Canadiens will be hitting the ice for the first game of the regular season on Friday night at the Clancy Richard Arena, Sept. 28.

The puck is scheduled to drop at 8 p.m.

The Canadiens played the Lloydminster Bandits twice in exhibition games held over the past two weeks. The St. Paul team came out ahead in both battles, by a score of 5-2 and 6-2, according to head coach Joe Young.

On Friday, the Canadiens will take on the Cold Lake Ice.

Young says there are a lot of returning players on this year's roster, along with a few new additions to help out.

The Canadiens will travel to Wainwright on Saturday night to take on last year's NEAJBHL champions.
