Two bodies found in burnt trailer

Two bodies were found following a structure fire on Aug. 30 in Frog Lake. Elk Point RCMP responded to a report of a structure fire in the Frog Lake First Nation at about 8:15 a.m., Thursday morning.

Elk Point RCMP responded to a report of a structure fire in the Frog Lake First Nation at about 8:15 a.m., Thursday morning.

A mobile home was located fully engulfed and an fire investigator was also called to the scene. The remains of two adults were located inside, according to an RCMP media release.

Elk Point RCMP remained on scene throughout the day, and the investigation into the fire continues. An autopsy is expected to be completed Friday at the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Edmonton.
