Cold Lake RCMP seeks assistance in identifying suspect

COLD LAKE – Cold Lake RCMP are looking for the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect involved in an alleged assault at Walmart on April 2.

RCMP were called to a disturbance at Walmart at about 9:35 p.m. where three employees reported they had been assaulted while attempting to stop a woman from stealing. The suspect fled the scene.

Cold Lake RCMP continue their investigation and are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the female suspect described as having a pale complexion, blonde hair and was last seen wearing a backpack, black jacket and blue pants.

RCMP released several photos of the suspect’s encounter with Walmart staff in hopes of someone being able to identify her.
